Auli Tour

Auli is a snow covered hill station located at an altitude of 3000 metres above sea level, providing a very beautiful view of Mt Nanda Devi, Kamet, Mana Parwat, Dunagiri, Nilkanth, Hathi Parbat and Nar Parbat, is an ideal place for Skiing, covered with evergreen conifers and oak forest. The snow dressed slopes of Auli is rated as the best skiing grounds of the world. In summer season, hikers may find numerous marked walks and there also are mountain bike trails. Gorson Reserve forest which is part of the Nanda Devi National Park is habituated by some of the widely rare Himalayan wildlife in ample. These include snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Wild Boar, Wild Cat, Wild Rabbit, Jackal, Fox, Hyena and Bear. Various lovely scenarios are also available around for one to enjoy along with family and friends.

  • Day 1 : Rishikesh Tour
    After arrival on Haridwar Railway station we head to Rishikesh. After check into the hotel we go for local sightseeing- we should cover Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Gita Bhavan, Pramarth Niketan, Beatles Ashram & world famous Ganga Arti. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
  • Day 2 : Rishikesh to Joshimath (250 km, 8-9 hours' drive)
    After breakfast our cab will pick you from hotel, get on the road and start driving to Joshimath. On the way, halt at Devprayag (one of the Panch Prayag of River Alaknanda where it meets with River Bhagirathi), Rudraprayag (the meeting point of River Alaknanda and River Mandakini) and Karnprayag (the confluence of Rivers Alaknanda and Pindar). As you reach Joshimath, check in at the hotel Hotel. If time and energy permits, you can explore the surroundings. The gateway to Hem Kund and Badrinath, Joshimath receives a huge number of Sikh and Hindu between May and October. It is also the base for a number of popular treks such as Kuari Pass Trek and Valley of Flower trek. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel
  • Day 3: Joshimath – Auli (16 km )
    If you are at Auli, make it a point to traverse in the sprawling ropeway that connects Auli with Joshimath. This is one of the longest and highest ropeway in India. It covers a distance of 4 km and presents mesmerizing views of the verdant meadows and snowy valleys. Also known as ‘Gondola,' the cable cars operate at a staggering height of 3010 m. We will explore memorizing beauty of Auli and try skiing here. The ski slopes offer a panoramic view of high Himalayan peaks including Nanda Devi, 7818 m. A 500 m long ski-lift and an 800 m long chair-lift connect the upper and lower snow slopes of Auli. Overnight stay in Auli/Joshimath.
  • Day 4: Joshimath to Badrinath temple
    After breakfast we head towards Badrinath darshan and later visit Mana village and back to Joshimath Overnight stay in Joshimath.
  • Day 5: Joshimath to Rishikesh (250 km, 8-9 hours' drive)
    Morning after breakfast visit the popular religious sites of the area- Narsingh Temple and Shankracharaya Math. Later in the day, hit the road to Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the World, which is home to, yoga and several Ashrams. As you reach, check into the hotel. Dinner & overnights stay Rishikesh.
