Dodital (Lake) is a natural fresh water lake situated at an altitude of 1165m, (4436feet) in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The lake is full of various species of fish & mid of dense forest. Dodital is a sacred lake and as per Hindu mythology this is the place where Lord Ganesh was born. Dodital trek is also famous for bird watching, can see the Himalayan Whistling Thrush, Himalayan Tree Pie, Himalayan Babbler, Bush Robin, Pink Finch, Brown Fronted Woodpecker, Grey Tit, Munia, Common Chiffchaff, Red-Billed Blue Magpie, Grey Shrike, Tailor Bird, Himalayan Monal (Impeyan Pheasant) are commonly seen.

  • Day 1 DEHRADUN TO SANGAMCHATTI VIA UTTARAKASHI – 215 KM
    Your journey for the state of Uttarkhand starts from Delhi; it takes around 8 hours drive up the hill. On reaching, you can check in at the hotel or go for a walk and sightseeing close by. You can enjoy the boat ride at the Naini Lake and collect some souvenirs. In the evening you return to the hotel, have dinner and go off to rest.
  • Day 2 SANGAMCHATTI (1400M) TO BEBRA VIA AGODA VILLAGE – 8 KM TREK
    After breakfast, Bit Yoga & Exercise in Sangamchatti & ready with your backpack for Trek to Bebra. From Sangamchatti it is a steady uphill climb for the next 4 to 5 kms, as the trail winds through deciduous forests to Agoda Village. Bevra is just 1.5 kms from Agoda. Overnight Camp/Guest House Bevra.
  • Day 3 BEBRA (2200M) TO MANJHI :9 KM
    Today Depart for Manjhi , it will pass through a dense forest & Flura Fauna. Manjhi is beautiful campsite in foothills of Himalayas. Night stay will be inCamp in Manjhi.
  • Day 4 MANJHI (2500M) TO DODITAL (3085M) 5.5 KM
    Today last day for exploring Dodital,after breakfast trek down to Agoda village, todayis descend trek through forest.Tonight camping in AgodaVillage,we can see Himalayan agriculture like Jhanogara.
  • Day 5 DODITAL TO DARWATOP (4200M) AND BACK 10 KM.
    Enjoy Sunrise view in Morning, after breakfast get ready for trek with pack lunch. Darwa pass trek starts beside the stream which feed are Dodital Lake. After few hours the route bifurcates into two, the left one leads to Darwa Pass top and the other one leads to basecamp of Bandarpunch Peak (Monkey’s Tail). From the Darwa Pass top one can get view of the Bandarpunch and Swargarohini ranges. After exploring Darwa top trek down to Dodital for night stay. You Can See 360* View And Visit Many Peaks Like Srikanth (6140m), Dkd (5600m), Jaonli (6000m), Kala Naag (6387m), Bandar Punch (6316m) And Many Unnamed Peaks.
  • Day 6 DODITAL TO BEBRA 14.5 KM
    Today last day for exploring Dodital, after breakfast trek down to Agoda village, today is descend trek through forest.Tonight camping in Agoda Village, we can see Himalayan agriculture like Jhanoga.
  • Day 7 BEBRA TO DEHRADUN VIA UTTARKASHI
    Today last day, trek down to road head & will be transfer to Dehradun via Mussoorie.

Trekking, Tour and adventure actives in Himalayan region carry an inherent risk to life and goods. The natural calamities may cause injury and loss of life, which is beyond any control. Himalayas Adventure does its best to minimize all types of risks, discomfort and hazard to the best of their ability, yet there are chances of accidents, mishaps and deficiency in service.


Advisory:

  • Any delay from the customer’s side will lead to cancellation of trek/ tour/ adventure activities.
  • Trekking maybe cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances i.e- weather condition, govt. notification, land sliding or any other natural calamity.
  • Himalayas Adventure reserves the right to discontinue, modify any trek, tour & adventure activities without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers etc.) unfit for any reasons in the wisdom of the trek leader/guide/instructor will not be allowed for trekking /tour/ adventure activities. Request for a refund or a discount in such situation will not be entertained. Decision of the trek lead/guide/management in this regard would be final.
  • Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons
  • Minimum required 50% of amount to get confirmed the trek/tour/adventure activities.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 10-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days or can be adjusted in other trek or adventure activities.
